“Top Notch Quality at Reasonable Cost.”

Mr. Tapia Maintenance and Remodeling replaced an existing, leaking, tile shower with a beautiful cultured marble stall, new shower/drain plumbing, ceiling lamp/fan/roof vent, etc., and partially remodeled the rest of the bathroom. Such partial remodeling comprised a modern toilet, new floor and repainting. Demolition of the existing shower disclosed lots of water damage (rot) in the floor, substructure and walls which mandated substantial repairs. As work proceded, Marco Tapia recommended several innovations that I felt benefitted the project such as the dual-function toilet, attractive flooring, combined ceiling fan/light fixture and shower layout. Marco supervised all activity, including a subcontractor's, and performed much of the construction himself. He and his staff were always cooperative and easy to get along with while exhibiting an impressive work ethic. They were unobtrusive and kept the work area and surroundings as tidy as possible. The project was finished over a month ago so my wife and I have had some time to live with it. We are extremely pleased with the result. Quality is top notch. The work, which included several changes requested by us, was completed within a reasonable time frame and cost.

“Excellent Experience.”

I am very glad I had the opportunity to have Mr Tapia work on my house. He has a broad set of skills and was able to develop excellent solutions to my problems. My main project was an upgrade of the master bath. New shower, sink, toilet etc. The upgrade looks wonderful and was completed in the time frame he outlined. I also added some side projects related to preparing my house for sale. I really appreciate a contractor that provides clear explanations of what needs to be done (and why), and is conservative in his estimates. The work was done and met or exceeded all my expectations. I would gladly use his services again, and I have already recommended him to friends.

“Interior Painting Service.”

Replaced leaking shower with custom built cultured marble shower enclosure and partially remodeled entire bathroom including new floor, toilet and repainting. Work also included repair/reconstruction or water damaged floor and walls and new ceiling fan with vent through roof..

Extremely pleased with result. Quality of all work top notch. Owner, Marco Tapia, closely supervised all activity and performed much of the work himself. He and his staff very hard working and easy to get along with. Marco made several valuable suggestions as the project proceded. Kept our home as clean as could be expected, and tidied up each night before leaving.

“Quality, Service and Work Ethic!”

Mr. Tapia's Remodeling and Construction began with a wall removal/repair and painting after a gas fireplace explosion which put cracks in the walls and mantle. I watched them work seamlessly with and around other contractors involved in firebox replacement and a fan install. Most impressive to me was their ability to match the texture of the new wall with those around it. Clean-up was fastidious, and the result like new. This morphed into an evaluation and repair of mystery cracks in the loft master. Unknown to me, the drywall had been installed with random finish nails and without taping. Done right, and again with impeccable matching of two different textures. Onward to a renovation that included a basement bath, deck evaluation and repair as well as an egress window. Interior painting of all doors and most of the woodwork involved "the big show," as Mr. Tapia refers to it. Walls, floors, everything is covered and taped off, leaving only the area to be done, exposed, much like a body on the operating table. The result is pristine and flawless. Mr. Tapia's willingness to teach me, to give insights and make suggestions proved invaluable, throughout. Reasonable pricing, integrity and impeccable workmanship have me recommending him to friends. When I need something done, I will call Mr. Tapia Maintenance and Remodeling, first.

“Very responsive, with professional high quality.”

Very pleased with Mr. Tapia's responsiveness in bidding and completing the job, working with me to further define what I wanted to do, and the very professional results. I needed to get the job done within two weeks, and Mr. Tapia and his helper finished it within a week, working two days on a Sunday and the next day, the Memorial Day holiday. The work required relocating a 3'x3' door that is trimmed to match the house siding, relocating a vent pipe (about 20') that protrudes from the siding, and moving a hose water spigot about 20' over and 6' down, also protruding from the siding. The work was done with very high quality, achieving the desired function and leaving the siding and back of the house as if it had never been modified. Several times during the work, Mr. Tapia consulted with me, and we were able to much improve the lighting in the crawlspace and around the furnace, and he was able to install the new siding so that it will look better after our planned landscaping changes. Highly recommended!

They started with painting my house. The price was affordable. I liked the result so much that I eventually basically had them do the complete remodel of my house. They always made sure I was happy with the selection of materials and cost before each project.
